1. Distribution & Transportation Manager
Job Description:
- Develop systems and ensure its implementation on how the goods should be delivered in terms of selecting the transportation, choosing the specific routing, determining transportation provider with the best price & service in order to have timely and accurate delivery from finished goods warehouse to distributor to achieve Sales Target.
- Provide a root cause analysis by Distribution as part of continuous improvement activities.
- Review the optimum area coverage in each Distributor as well as to analyze stock level.
- Review the transporter performance including its cost transportation ratio and develop strategic action.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in handling distribution / supply chain
- Have a good network of transportation provider
- This position will require a frequent traveling
- Have a good problem solving, communication and leadership skills
- Willing to be located in Karawang
2. HRIS Executive
Job Description:
- Improve System Efficiency : constantly monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement.
- Provide Production Support : provides relevant production support, which includes researching and resolving problems. This duty may also include performing system testing for updates.
- Analyze and Report HRIS Data : gather HRIS data using built-in reporting tools or running SQL queries. Then perform data analysis to ensure the system is properly recording specific metrics, such as employee hours as compared to their pay stubs.
- System Maintenance : help with system maintenance during system upgrades and patches. They collaborate with developers to coordinate the entire system maintenance process and document its overall results.
- Give Trainings : HRIS creates the appropriate user documentation and procedures. They also assist in training users on the updated functionality.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor majoring in Information Technology or Information System
- Proficient in Ms. Excel & SQL
- Has knowledge in UAT System & Development
- Has knowledge in HRIS systems (Pro-Int), and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
- Experienced in Pro-Int System is an added value
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and negotiation skill
- Discipline, responsible, and pay attention to details
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
