Architect In-House
Responsibilities
- Making template design, doing design development, modification & custom design, responsible for product design provided to customer.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Architect).
- At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Drafter
Responsibilities
- Producing working drawings and visualizing designs / designs planned by In-House Architect through 2D and 3D drawings.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Architect).
- At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Project Planning & Control
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, coordinate, and evaluate the work of the entire Architect Lane Unit team on a daily basis, ensuring every job is on-track and completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Architect).
- At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities
- Creating, managing, implementing, and controlling the quantity construction operational activities, including calculating the project budget.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Architect).
- At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Sobat Arsitek
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer and partner satisfaction, build networking and recruit Architect Partners, responsible for selling design Sobat Bangun.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Architect).
- At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
