Cement Terminal Supervisor
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Strong Leadership and Team playership
- Willing to be Loacated in Tarahan – Lampung Selatan.
Key Roles:
- Can operate MS Office (excel, word, power point)
- Has ability to make planning (schedule & cost estimate) for terminal packing plant production and maintenance.
- Has knowledge and experience of plant operation & flow process min. 5 years.
- Able to coordinate and manage operation team with focus to fulfil production target.
- Good communicate with clients and contractors.
- Quick response and ability to solve equipment failure, consider operation cost and production target.
- Creative and innovative to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
