Posisi:

1. Assistant Manager – Management of System & Work Plans – Central Jakarta
Job Description:
Whether you has experience in Data Analytics field and / or someone seeking a new challenge to work at State – Owned Enterprise, BNI provide you with the opportunity to nurture your career as Assistant Manager.
  • As an Assistant Manager Operational Develompment, Your job description is:
  • Manage Business Plans and work plans of the OPR Division.
  • Manage reporting and management information related to OPR Division Operational activities.
  • Manage Business Continuity Managemend and Knowledge Management OPR Division.
  • Manage the identification of existing processes and their constraints in the context of simplification, operational efficiency of the processing Center.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • S1 / S2 from reputable universities from Mathematics, Statistcs or Science.
  • Has Working experienced in Data Management and Information (Data Analysist / Data Engineer / Database Administrator) at least 2 years.
  • Having a skill to Process and Analyze data for the needs of banking operational review.
  • Have Interpersonal skills, Leadership, Multitasking in managing IT Project Management, Team Building, Attention to detail, able to work under pressure, Problem analysis, and have an IT outlook into the future.
  • Proficient in English (active) and submit your score in the application (TOEFL / IELTS), we only accept score provided by official / authorized institution and valid.
  • No direct (nuclear) family currently working as an active employee of BNI.
  • Having a good communication skill and could pouring Idea / Innovations into review that can be implemented.
  • Understand strategic planning management techniques.

  • Carry out strategic project management functions related to ID Division.
  • Carry out fuction as a project laison Operational Division completing business and IT requirements.
  • Facilitate teh utilization of IT Operational Division at processing centers.
  • Following the development of banking industry best practicess related to operational patterns for the OPR Division’s processing center area.
