Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) berdiri pada 5 Juli 1996 di Jakarta adalah anak perusahaan PT Elnusa Tbk (Perusahaan Terbuka sejak 2008). PT Elnusa Tbk merupakan Anak Perusahaan PT. Pertamina (Persero). Pada awalnya, Elnusa Petrofin merupakan Divisi Fuel & Chemical PT. Elnusa pada 1990. Kemudian pada 1993 ditugaskan Pertamina memproduksi Premix (Pertamax), Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) dengan tingkat Oktan tinggi. Selanjutnya pada 2003 Elnusa Petrofin sebagai Distributor Premix (Pertamax) dan Super TT (Pertamax Plus) untuk area Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek) serta beberapa wilayah Jawa Barat.
